amazing swimming pool friendly staff outdated sockets reception assistance
the swimming pool was amazing for me. the rooms with connecting doors were very convient. the staff is also amazing and super friendly.
the assistance of reception wasnt very good. they lack universal standards i think. their sockets are outdated i couldnt charge my laptop.

weak policy missing shower
The bathroom was not great (it was the WORST!). There was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere when I showered. I asked for more pillows, but was told I could only have one extra per room. It felt a bit stingy, especially since there were two people in the room, and I thought the 'hotel policy' excuse was pretty weak.
